What we're building. Who we need.

0:45 · Who we're looking forSelf-starters already building something, who can talk to people and want a crew.
Who this is for

You already know if this is you.

This is for you if

  • You're working on your own thing: a page, a podcast, a brand, a show, a business.
  • You'd rather work with people than alone, and you're good on the phone and in the DMs.
  • You start without being told, and you finish.
  • You'd do it tomorrow if someone handed you the infrastructure: the leads, the scripts, the tools, the pay.
  • You're fine eating what you kill. Paid for results, not for showing up.

This is not for you if

  • You want an hourly wage for sitting in a chair.
  • You're not comfortable asking a stranger a direct question.
  • You bend rules when nobody's watching. Everything here is logged.
  • You'd rather be in the show than build it. That door is realityshowauditions.com.
The work

One feed. You claim a person, you move them one step.

Every show drops the people who asked for help into one place. You pick one, send the message we wrote with your own line on top, and mark what happened. When they take the step, you're paid.

The pay

Three ways to get paid. You choose the mix.

Per result

Commission

Services
Trade results for things you'd otherwise buy from us: your website built and hosted, your shorts edited every week, your marketing.

How you get in

Not everyone gets through. That's the point.

You'll be handling real people's names and numbers for real shows. So we check that you're sharp, that you can hold a conversation, and that you'll follow the rules, before you see a single lead.

  1. ApplyYour details and one question in your own words. Twelve minutes.
  2. The checkTen quick reasoning questions on a clock, a few about you, and fifteen real moments from the job. Scored on the spot.
  3. The callYou call us. Fifteen minutes with Cyrus, then a short role play: we're the lead, you move us one step.
  4. The agreementsIndependent contractor, confidentiality, and our ethics and goodwill statement. Plain English, initialed line by line, signed online.
  5. The background checkWith your consent, a public-record check. It's their names and numbers you'll be holding.
  6. TrainingOur mission and the shows, then the feed, the rules and the scripts. Short lessons, a test after each. Nothing unlocks without the test.
  7. The feedYour login opens. Claim your first person. First pay lands the Friday after.
Who we are

Get known. Get paid. In that order.

RealityShow.com produces a reality show around a real person with a real offer, puts it everywhere people watch, and builds the business under it. A trading academy, a girls' academy, a remodeler, a bar that fights back. Each show has more people asking for help than hands to answer them. That's the room you're walking into.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this a job?

It's independent contractor work. You pick when you work and how much. You're paid for results, every Friday, with no cap and no floor.

Do I need entertainment experience?

No. You need to be sharp, warm with people, and able to follow rules exactly. We teach the rest.

Will I be cold calling?

Never. Everyone in the feed asked one of our shows for help and left their number. You're the follow-up, not the interruption.

Why the tests and the background check?

Because you'll see first names and message people on behalf of brands that trusted us with them. We owe them a team that's been checked.

How is this different from the setter job?

Same engine, more doors. The setter role is one show, on the phone, full weeks. This is every show, from your phone, as much or as little as you want, with services as pay if you'd rather build your own thing than cash out.

Apply

Twelve minutes. Then check your email.
